Dr. John Mlinarcik is a psychologist and coach who founded and manages PCS Global, an organization that has provided counseling, coaching, and personal development for nearly 50 years. His team has touched hundreds of thousands of lives over that time. Dr. John's areas of expertise include psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families; executive coaching, and business consulting (hiring, performance, team building, family business transitions, and organizational development).
As a speaker, Dr. John has led presentations and workshops throughout North America. As a coach, he's helped hundreds of companies and organizations. His current book, Under Heavy Construction: The Soft Skills are the Hard Skills, is due out shortly.
